Summary
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the initial subscription transaction and obtain a refund within 14 days of the day after completion of the transaction, without giving any reason.
- Deadline: Send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
- How to cancel: Cancel through your account billing controls or contact support@kimshisimple.com before the 14-day period expires.
- Subscriptions: The 14-day cancellation right applies only to the initial subscription, not to each automatic renewal.
For renewals, fees are generally non-refundable except for billing errors, duplicate charges, or where otherwise required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and data is retained for 90 days after access ends before automatic deletion.
