Refund Policy

Summary

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the initial subscription transaction and obtain a refund within 14 days of the day after completion of the transaction, without giving any reason.

• Deadline: Send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
• How to cancel: Inform Paddle directly of your decision so they can process the cancellation.
• Subscriptions: The 14-day cancellation right applies only to the initial subscription, not to each automatic renewal.

For renewals, fees are generally non-refundable except for billing errors or duplicate charges processed by Paddle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
